I am sad😢😢 I am not happy with this action. I just hope he will stay safe and come back fit, healthy and mentally strong. I wish all go together and come back together atleast. Sad part is they probably going to win the Grammy this coming year and the other BTS member have a case for exemption but Jin will already be enlisted already. South Korean govt is whack, they prob going to put him the closest station to North Korea.

So no exemption for military enlistment but they can still perform as BTS for national event? Please no performance at all if they are not getting paid. It’s not a constellation prize, it’s slavery. How come
Athletes cannot serve on their offseason? Why the exemption? Athletes don’t even bring in the amount of money that BTS brings to South Korea economy. Why don’t anybody say athletes are not patriots, it’s their duty as Korean men. I guess we can call Korean athletes not patriotic and do not love Korea as much.

If the South Korean Government was smart, they’d continue what President Moon Jae-in did by having BTS serve as Spokespersons for South Korea like they did already at the UN & also meeting the President of the US… Have them do that type of service that no one else can do as effectively as they could. But no, I guess their talents that could CONTINUE to BENEFIT KOREA will be wasted at the frontline. 😑

The government officials saying BTS will still be able to practice and perform concerts cannot have any idea how much time that entails. They don’t go practice for a week and then go perform overseas concerts! It’s ludicrous to even make that suggestion.

Jin will be fine and will not be gone the whole time. He will get vacation and breaks to visit too. He will get to keep in touch with everyone too. Don’t worry everyone, Jin will be fine and will still be doing a lot of what he has been doing which is performing. This is only a temporary goodbye. Good luck Jin and you will be fine.

I hope media will stop making Jin's enlistment a big deal.
Jin asked for a quiet enlistment and he asked his fanbase to stay away on the day he joins the military.
Giving the day he enters too much exposure may not be appreciated by the military officials and can influence the way he's treated.
I'm sure his fanbase don't want that. Also, nobody needs another Itaewon tragedy.
Please, give Jin and his family the privacy they deserve on that day!!
So, stay away!!
