Sauce 1 tsp Sesame oil 1 Tbsp Chili sauce 3 cloves of garlic minced 1/4 cup soy sauce Other ingredients 4 cloves garlic 1/2 onion 1 bunch green onions white parts only 4 eggs 3 1/2 -4 cups day old rice In a large frying pan or wok, heat 3 Tbsp vegetable oil. Then add your vegetables and cook until softened. Then add wisked eggs and a pinch of salt. Gently stir until fully cooked. Then add your rice. Cook until your rice is dry. Then add your sauce and turn off the heat. Stir gently to combine. Serve and top with green onions. Enjoy!

THE BIGGEST PUERTO RICAN FOOD CHALLENGE. Today we face off against a giant Puerto Rican food challenge! We have one hour to complete a giant fried chicken platter, also with fried pork, grilled chicken, steak, along with a variety of Puerto Rican rice and plantain dishes like Mofongo and Tostones. These Puerto Rican foods are specialties, and Mr. fry guy in Ocala Florida definitely did not disappoint! We were in the quest for the free meal, and this food truck challenge had never been completed before. this traditional Puerto Rican food did Marvel that which I had in San Juan Puerto Rico while I was there for a cruise stop. This giant food challenge weighed approximately 11 pounds, and was definitely like having a complete Puerto Rican food to wear in one meal! Can we defeat this unbeaten food challenge? Or Will this said to be impossible food challenge beat us in the man versus food style? Additionally, I had some Puerto Rican pink sauce, ketchup, and other condiments loved in Puerto Rico. Along with there was lots of garlic, and Sofrito mixed in with all the dishes, giving a very fresh and signature Puerto Rican flavor! My rice always end up soggy A: The problem could be one of below ↓ 1: Your rice is too wet Wet rice makes it soggy. So make sure to measure the rice and water properly. And once it's cooked, it's even better if you freeze it once. You will see it break apart lot easier 2: You didn't heat your pan enough The most common mistake. Make sure to heat your pan until "SMOKING" hot. It's impossible to heat your pan very fast like Chinese restaurants, but if you take your time to heat it, you can make similar environment. My stove is a $10 cheap one, but I can still cook like a pro😉 Q: What's my pan? A:It's a brand called "Pro.cooker" Q: What's the brand of my stove? A: Campmaster.
