Craziest Beach Fishing Morning of the Year!
One of my favorite styles of surf fishing is walking the beach with a lure. So I set my alarm for 4:45am and headed to Pensacola Beach to surf fish with a lure and got on a few different species of fish. Lure: Heddon Spook JR and ESLure 1.25oz Leader: 40lb. Well it was target achieved first cast and that ended up being a bad omem🤪🤪 After a promising start it just died of death.....A horrible light chilly SE wind almost in your face certainly didn't help matters but the water clarity was pretty good so it's just a matter of time before the plaice will be there in numbers albeit small ones buts it a good place to practice catching Plaice....... As dusk fell into darkness the normal little schoolie bass triped up and a lone ranger of a pout 🤣🤣 Still an enjoyable was had but lack fish was the problem The Sakuma stinger pro match hooks are sublime extremely light fine wire hooks that will certainly catch you fish in hard conditions one bite and there pretty much hooked Roll on the the next outing 1 Plaice 2 Bass 1 Pout........ 🤍
