There's also 6 x Lexicon Random Hall reverbs and a Fab Filter Q2 on every channel. It's a very impressive performance, as shown in the Cubase perfomance meter and the Mac OS activity monitor.

In this video, I test the performance of an M1 Macbook Air with Cubase 12 in native Apple silicon mode over the course of an hour. The battery started out at 100% and was at 54% by the end of this video, so it was using a fair bit of power. The bottom of the laptop was also getting pretty warm. The battery consumption and heat could well have been caused by the Rosetta 2 version of OBS that I was screen recording with. It wasn't struggling at all with what I was doing in Cubase 12. The main limitation is still software support. I am probably still missing about 80% of my software, as it has not gone native yet.
