Here you can see my Off-Grid Solar Power Generator I have designed and made. At best it only produces about 1700 watts of power at 120v AC. The intent of building it was to provide basic power for our home when the grid power goes down. The grid goes down quite often. It has been a fun project that has had great benefit.
