No three people dead. Two women dead and four injured women. He wanted to kill only women. He is now in the hospital for mentally sick! Since he is under age no jail sentence only people age 15 and up go to jail here in Thailand. He copied the Columbine shooter in the US. His hair long, cap with a U.S. flag on, black shirt and cacky pants and same gun! There are a lot of copy cats here in Thailand so this situation will continue unless it gets stopped somehow. Right now the police are questioning his parents on this matter.

I'm afraid to say, that the killer probably will get only light punishment (he shot and killed at least 3 people, and the other few victims were severely injured).
Because of the following reasons:
1. Outdated "underage criminal protection" laws in Thailand protected this killer.
2. The killer "claimed" that he had a mental sickness, which could guarantee light sentences in Thailand's law.
3. The parent of the killer is rich, and the justice system is corrupted.
4. After he ran out of ammo, he surrendered, in front of CCTV so the police couldn't shoot him. This guy is smart.

I'd say this is a planned murder, in cold blood, and the killer walks away legally.
RIP all those victims.
RIP the laws.

As the shooter is a juvenile... nothing will happen. He will be in Juvenile Correctional Center and will be out in a few years. Gun laws will be tighten but people already with guns will be grand fathered in
