For the last question, I think Mou would be sacked much much earlier. Expectations are much higher for managers like Mou, Conte, Tuchel. Those guys actually won stuff, Potter was just coaching underdog teams. Chelsea actually gave Potter more time before pulling the trigger.

Potter is the middle table manager, Great player need great coach high quality manager..

Graham Potter was the worst manager in Chelsea history. 31 games in charge while 11 loss 12 won and respectively 8 draws, for his win ratio 38%. How an earth the board allow him to continue like that. It is time for successful manager who change the style of playing.
