1. The 5th amendment is rubbish.
If you refuse to answer a relevant question related to the allegation (plead the 5th), a negative inference should be opened. Doesn't matter if criminal or civil.
2. The pardon system is rubbish
No one person should have the power to pardon. And a requested/accepted pardon should equate to an admission of guilt.
It is clear that Kinzinger had to leave the Repug party. .. He tells the truth and speaks intelligently.

You don't show up for a subpoena, you get arrested.. Unfortunately it seems not to hold true for politicians.. I agree with Kinzenger on everything, he's honest and loyal and puts country first. Republicans should look to this as an example but the Republicans in question have no shame nor loyalty to anything or anybody except themselves. I wish nothing but the best for him and Liz.
Adam and Liz are the last of the decent republicans. I didn't agree with their policies, but I totally adore their Americanism.

Hey, I'm Canadian, and if I was an American, I would still consider myself a Democrat, but there's no denying that Adam Kinzinger has one thing that other Republicans do not have, and that's a conscience. Hey, you may not agree with any of his policies, but you can't take away his honesty and decency away from him from doing what he had to do for the people on what happened on Jan. 6.
