Max Verstappen ließ sich von all dem nicht beeindrucken: er fuhr dennoch auf die Pole Position, wenn auch mit einem geringeren Vorsprung als bei den ersten beiden Rennen. Sein Teamkollege Sergio Perez fehlte im Q3. Er erlebte einen rabenschwarzen Samstag in Melbourne. Auch bei Ferrari lief es für Charles Leclerc und Carlos Sainz nicht rund. Jetzt fehlte auch der Speed im Qualifying. El auto que usé para moverme durante esta estadía fue un Mercedes-Benz E250 Diesel chasis W124 de 1995 que me prestó mi amigo Silvestre. El auto, es un ejemplo de lo bien que hacía las cosas Mercedes Benz durante la década de 1980 y 1990. Un coche que, sin dudas, va a seguir existiendo cuando muchos de nosotros no lo hagamos.

E vamos começar o dia bem informado, com as principais notícias direto da Austrália. E os colchetes do grid, serão maiores no GP da Austrália. Após Ocon e Alonso terem posicionado os carros na hora da formação do grid fora desses colchetes, Ocon na primeira corrida e Fernando Alonso na segunda corrida, a direção da formula 1, resolveu ampliar essa área para não termos mais problemas e pilotos sendo punidos. Agora os colchetes do grid estão 20 cm mais largas pelo menos na corrida que teremos no Grande Prêmio da Austrália. Vamos ver isso vai resolver. E agora Teremos quatro zonas de abertura da asa móvel no GP da Australia, na temporada passada também teríamos 4 áreas mas depois do treino livre foi retirado por uma zona por motivo de segurança. Agora nesse ano, pelo menos no treino livre, teremos de volta essa quarta zona no qual vai permitir mais disputas por posições no grid.
